Online Yoga Nidra Retreat

As the seasons shift, we’re invited to soften, slow down, and release what we no longer need. This evening of Yoga Nidra is a gentle passage into autumn’s embrace—a practice of deep rest that nurtures your body, calms your mind, and opens space for renewal.
Guided from the comfort of your own home, you’ll be led through breath, body awareness, and visualization into a state of profound relaxation and ease. Like the trees letting go of their leaves, this practice will help you surrender into stillness and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
Come as you are. Be supported, be held, and allow yourself to fall into rest.
